Salary: starting at $19.50/hour

The Role

Lost Tribe is looking for a Social Media Administrator — someone who lives online. You scroll TikTok before brushing your teeth, you know when trends are peaking, and you can spot a viral format before it blows up. You’re equal parts organized and creative — ready to help manage our posting calendar, brainstorm new ideas, and jump in front of or behind the camera when needed.

You’ll be a key member of our content team, helping execute ideas at the speed of culture. From green screen reactions to street interviews, sketch comedy, storytelling, and even AI-generated content — you’ll understand how all our pillars fit together and help keep the whole machine running smoothly.

About Lost Tribe

Lost Tribe is where Jewish culture meets internet culture. We’re building the digital home for the next generation of Jewish creators, fans, and communities — through comedy, sports, gaming, lifestyle, and unapologetically Jewish content. With over 300K followers and tens of millions of monthly impressions, Lost Tribe is reimagining Jewish media for Gen Z and beyond — relevant, bold, and rooted in connection.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule, upload, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
  • Help write captions, titles, and hooks that match the tone and mission of Lost Tribe
  • Track analytics and trends to identify what’s working and what to double down on
  • Jump into creative brainstorms and scriptwriting sessions with the team
  • Work fast — turning around posts, edits, and captions in real time when moments hit
  • Manage posting tools and calendars (Monday.com, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Be part of the content — filming, appearing on camera, or helping others shoot
  • Collaborate across teams to keep everything organized, timely, and relevant

You Are

  • Deeply obsessed with the internet and all things social
  • Culturally fluent — you get Jewish humor and the wider pop culture world
  • Excited to create, edit, and experiment with different content styles (green screen, street interviews, POV, sketch comedy, storytelling, AI, and more)
  • Comfortable working quickly and efficiently — trends don’t wait
  • Collaborative, communicative, and fun to work with
  • Down to film, post, and make things happen — even on nights or weekends when culture moves fast
  • Or just willing and hungry to learn.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Monday, Sprout, Later, Meta Business Suite)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for content creation and community building
  • Ability to work some weekends and evenings when needed
  • Editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) is a plus

If you’re the kind of person who’s always online, loves brainstorming weird ideas, and wants to help shape the next generation of Jewish content — you’ll fit right in.
