About Congregation Shaarei Kodesh

Located in West Boca Raton, Florida, Congregation Shaarei Kodesh is a dynamic Conservative egalitarian synagogue where people of all ages come to worship, learn, celebrate and seek comfort, with a mission to ignite the Jewish spark within each individual, journeying together as a holy Jewish community. With a multigenerational population, CSK provides full religious, spiritual and Jewish education resources for its membership of approximately 218 families. CSK excels at engaging its members in Jewish observance and tradition, providing a multitude of opportunities for spiritual fulfillment, school and adult education, social and youth programming, and current events/social action. 

About the Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-day basis and work closely with our Executive Director. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, tech savvy, and has strong customer service and communication skills. This person will optimize office procedures to maximize return for the organization.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter to make a mark. In a small organization such as ours, roles and responsibilities often blur and overlap, providing abundant opportunity for a flexible individual who wishes to take initiative and grow with the position.

Specific Duties Include but are not limited to: 

Office Management
Customer Service Orientation
Oversee office technology and support
Processing payments/Accounting Practices
Create Weekly Marketing Newsletters and Marketing materials
Manage social media presence utilizing existing marketing communications strategy
Schedule appointments and oversee Rabbi’s calendar
Assist with big programs and events

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience and bachelor's degree required

Customer Service Experience

Creative, organized and detail oriented
Self-starter with the ability to define and create processes
Excellent writing skills
Office 365 proficiency
ShulCloud proficiency (ability to learn new computer systems)
Knowledge of Constant Contact, Canva and other Marketing resources
Tech and social media savvy
Experience with CRM and data entry
