Seeking Experienced Judaic Educator – Sunday Mornings at CSI Briarcliff
Location: Briarcliff Manor, NY
Position: 4th–6th Grade Sunday Teacher (2025–2026)

Congregation Sons of Israel Briarcliff, a vibrant Conservative synagogue community, is seeking a skilled and experienced teacher to lead a dynamic Sunday morning class rooted in Torah, mitzvot, middot, and Hebrew reading.

We have a fabulous group of curious, creative learners who love to talk Torah and make personal connections to Jewish values in each Torah portion. Curriculum is provided.

We’re looking for:

· Strong classroom management skills
· Teaching Torah in engaging, meaningful ways
· Can read Hebrew; strong familiarity with Hebrew prayer reading is preferred
· A creative, project-based approach to Jewish learning
· A team player who communicates proactively and collaborates respectfully.

Schedule: Sundays, 9:00–11:00 AM
Salary: $5,000–$5,400. Commensurate with experience
