Unique opportunity for a passionate and compassionate mental health professional with strong interest in working with survivors of trauma and abuse to join Ohel's Domestic Violence department. Candidate will offer individual counseling, group counseling, and case management to clients experiencing intimate partner violence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing clinical and practical services through a trauma-informed, survivor-centered lens; leading weekly group sessions; providing advocacy and linkage to concrete services; visiting shelter sites regularly; collaboration with colleagues within the Domestic Violence department, other Ohel departments, and external agencies; attending and working survivor-centered events and retreats. Position requires MSW or MHC degree, strong clinical, administrative, and interpersonal skills, a team-player approach and ability to complete tasks independently. Yiddish/Hebrew/Russian-speaking a plus. This full-time position is located in Brooklyn and offers supervision and training in a warm and supportive work environment.
Salary: $57,000 - $60,000
