Central Park Speakers manages some of the most sought-after speakers in the Jewish world, including Noa Tishby, Naftali Bennett, Bari Weiss, Rabbi David Wolpe, Dara Horn, Lizzy Savetsky, and other extraordinary individuals from a variety of fields. 

On behalf of our clients, we broker and manage their speaking appearances with hundreds of Jewish/Israel nonprofits and other organizations in the US and worldwide. Since 2019, we have worked with over 500 Jewish non-profit organizations, as well as with many universities, corporations, and foundations on a wide variety of events.

We are looking for a professional to join us remotely or in-person to help manage our event bookings from contract through execution, in addition to other responsibilities and projects related to our business operations. Our events management role is process-driven by nature and requires a highly organized and detail driven person, comfortable taking on and managing a range of tasks in a fast-paced setting, being guided by our in-house workflow management system. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our speakers and event hosts
  • Manage our master planner for upcoming events
  • Prepare and execute event contracts using our templates
  • Provide event hosts with speaker promotional materials
  • Review and approve event marketing materials
  • Prepare, send out and collect event questionnaires
  • Prepare detailed event briefings and ensure that speakers are properly prepared for upcoming appearances
  • Liaise with our travel agent on booking speaker travel
  • Liaise with our bookkeeper on billable event expenses
  • Event day check-in
  • Send out and collect post-event questionnaires.

Applicant Background

  • Passionate about Israel and Jewish life
  • Two years or more experience with event management, travel/logisitcs, and/or operations
  • Highly organized, precise, and detail-driven
  • Experience in fast-moving environments and sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
