School Based Trauma Support Professional (PT)

Ohel is seeking a School Based Trauma Support Professional to be a part of the South Florida Ohel team.  Applicant will develop and provide training in Ohel’s resilience-building social-emotional learning resources in schools.  Applicant will network with schools, scheduling workshops and webinars, training faculty and coaching them in Ohel’s social-emotional learning resources. Applicant will also coordinate innovative trauma-informed programming for Ohel’s National Trauma Team, both in South Florida and nationally.  

Appropriate candidate must have a Master’s level mental health degree and have knowledge of child development, social-emotional learning in schools, experience in working in an educational setting and experience in presenting group trainings or workshops. This part time position is located in South Florida.

Salary: $50,000
