Beth El Early Childhood Center is looking for the right person to manage our preschool's office. If you are organized, a great communicator, and have a passion for Jewish early childhood education—we want you!
We are a growing, Jewish preschool in North Central Phoenix. We are a warm and caring school community that is friendly and inclusive to all families with children aged 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten. Our school features large classrooms and low ratios. We are a Quality First participant with experienced teachers and provide a wide variety of subjects and activities. –Work with the Preschool Director to implement record-keeping systems and enforce policies required by Beth El and other regulatory agencies.
–Support the teachers and staff administratively with document creation, editing, and distribution.
–Build and maintain relationships with parents and students to facilitate a welcoming school environment.
–Marketing - create flyers, email announcements, parent communications, social media posts, website listings, and other marketing tools as needed.
–Create office systems to keep track of records, registrations, and petty cash.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
–have strong written and verbal communication skills
–are tech-savvy (experience or fast learner with social media, ShulCloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Remini)
–have great people skills – know what is needed to build community, anticipate others’ needs, and work well in a team
–have strong time management skills
–are organized, with a keen eye for details
–Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
–Ability to interact and communicate with a variety of audiences and hold confidential information
–Strong orientation toward creative thinking and problem solving
–Work well within a team setting, and assist in building and maintaining a team environment
–Ability to take initiative, but also to accept direction and seek guidance appropriately
–Work with teachers, children, parents, and other staff
