Description
Belev Echad is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and motivated Executive Assistant to support our co-founders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable handling high-level executive operations and personal support tasks with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
Position Overview
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Executive & Operational Support
  • Provide direct administrative support to the co-founders
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Oversee detailed travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external use
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities; serve as project manager for Co-founders led initiatives
  • Prepare agendas and briefing materials for meetings; take notes and follow up on action items
  • Draft, proofread, and send emails, communications, and reports on behalf of the Co-founders
Donor Relations & Engagement
  • Assist with donor outreach and relationship management
  • Compile and deliver executive-level donor reports and engagement summaries
  • Organize and coordinate meaningful donor gifts, including Bar/Bat Mitzvah and special occasion packages
  • Maintain accurate donor information and activity in the database
  • Support follow-up communications and personalized donor acknowledgments
Internal & External Communications
  • Serve as liaison between the co-founders and senior staff, board members, donors, and external partners
  • Ensure timely and professional communication flow across all stakeholders
Personal Support
  • Assist with personal scheduling and logistics as needed
  • Coordinate family travel, personal appointments, and special occasions
Development & Events (Light Support)
  • Provide administrative support for fundraising events, missions, and VIP visits
  • Help with donor event planning, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics
Qualifications
  • Experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or high-level administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and familiarity with donor CRM systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Bi lingual Hebrew/English a plus
Salary70,000.00 - 90,000.00 Annual
