As the world's leading Jewish educational media organization, we reach millions globally with innovative, engaging, and nuanced content that builds understanding, confidence, and empathy. Across our divisions, we empower young people by meeting them where they are.
As we scale across four countries, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our COO across the full scope of operational leadership. This role spans strategic planning and organizational development on one end, and the hands-on execution, coordination, and follow-through that keeps a complex organization running on the other. We are looking for someone who brings the same ownership and attention to both.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning & Organizational Development
- Partner with the COO on strategic planning processes, helping translate organizational goals into clear plans with defined owners and timelines
- Prepare and contribute to materials for board meetings, leadership offsites, and key planning sessions
- Track organizational priorities, monitor progress against goals, and surface issues that require leadership attention
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and organizational initiatives
Operational Execution & Cross Functional / Cross Departmental Coordination
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination for the COO across internal and external meetings and commitments
- Track and drive follow-through on action items from leadership meetings and cross-team initiatives
- Coordinate across departments and division leads to keep shared work aligned, surface blockers early, and ensure the right conversations are happening
- Serve as a reliable point of contact across teams on behalf of the COO when needed
- Support organizational clarity around priorities, ownership, and decision-making as the organization evolves
- Help coordinate communications across a geographically dispersed team in the US, Israel, UK, and South Africa
Operational Systems & Improvement
- Identify, document, communicate, and help address gaps in operational workflows, tools, and internal documentation
- Support improvements to how teams use existing platforms and systems across the organization
- Assist with compliance tracking and multi-jurisdictional (global) operational requirements in coordination with relevant leads and vendors
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to organizational operations and flag opportunities to the COO

- Overall alignment with the OpenDor Media mission
Who You Are:
