StandWithUs is an international, nonpartisan Israel education organization that inspires and educates people of all ages and backgrounds, challenges misinformation, and fights antisemitism. We empower and energize students and communities with leadership training and educational programs on hundreds of college campuses, high schools, and middle schools. We inform through social media, print and digital materials, films, weekly newsletters, and missions to Israel. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Los Angeles, the organization has programs on six continents with chapters and offices throughout the U.S., Israel, the UK, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, the Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa.
Position Summary
The K-12 Fairness Center provides high quality professional development to K-12 educators (board members, superintendents, principals, central office administrators, teachers); provides expert technical assistance to teachers, parents, and others facing antisemitism in their K-12 schools and districts; consults and trains parent and community groups to build and manage relationships with their schools and districts to better prevent and respond to incidents of antisemitism; provides thorough, expert reviews of curriculum and K-12 educational materials; and manages a network of K-12 Jewish educators and allies to share resources and support and guide the development of Jewish affairs caucuses in teachers unions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Additional Duties – The Associate Director, K-12 Fairness Center should be available to the executive management team for additional assignments as needed.

Position Location: Northeast United States, some travel to NYC required.Position Start Date: Immediately upon hire.Salary Range: $90,000 - 95,000 commensurate with experience.
