This individual will also manage digital communications, including social media and email marketing, to enhance engagement and promote TBE’s offerings across the broader community.

  • Serve as the point person for programs such as High Holidays, Shabbat dinners, Purim Carnival, Mitzvah Day, adult education, youth events, and more.

Event Logistics

  • Oversee logistics for programs and events: venue setup, AV needs, vendor coordination, guest speakers, and supplies.
  • Serve as liaison for external rental groups and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless pre-event, onsite, and post-event coordination and execution.

 Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and manage TBE’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote events, holidays, milestones, and community highlights.
  • Create and send engaging email marketing campaigns (via Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to the synagogue website and community bulletin.
  • Collaborate with the team to design flyers, visuals, and promotional assets.
  • Monitor engagement analytics and adjust strategies to optimize outreach.

Community Engagement

  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for congregants, members, and guests.
  • Support lay-led groups such as Sisterhood, He*Bros, PTO, and Youth Group.
  • Partner with local and Jewish organizations to build collaborative programming.

Administration & Reporting

  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and assess program effectiveness.
  • Maintain program records and CRM systems.
  • Support budget tracking and operational planning as needed.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
