Are you passionate about sports and Jewish values? Do you love helping kids grow through teamwork, leadership, and a good game of dodgeball? Temple Beth Am is looking for a high-energy, thoughtful, and inspiring Jewish Values Through Sports Instructor to lead a 7-week program (Tuesday afternoon) where character-building and play go hand in hand.

• Title: Jewish Values Through Sports Instructor

• When: 7-week program, 2 sessions per week (each 45 minutes)

• Where: Temple Beth Am, 1039 S La Cienega Blvd

• Pay: Starting at $40/hr

• Start Date: September 9 (training before this date)

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading fun and meaningful sports activities while weaving in Jewish values

• Talking about big ideas like teamwork, leadership, and perseverance—in relatable, kid-friendly ways

• Creating a safe, inclusive space where every kid can shine

• Getting kids moving, thinking, and reflecting (and maybe sweating a little too)

• Has a background in sports and/or Jewish education

• Loves working with kids and building community

• Knows their way around a game and a good Jewish teaching moment

• Brings energy, empathy, and creativity to every session
