SEEKING PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR IN CHILDREN'S LEARNING PROGRAM AT KOLOT CHAYEINU (10 HOURS A WEEK)

The Children’s Learning Program (CLP) is Kolot Chayeinu’s Jewish after-school program with classes for early childhood through eighth grade.
We are seeking a part-time administrator to support our growing Children’s Learning Program during the 2023-24 school year.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
CLP is seeking a part-time administrator primarily to support CLP’s largest program, its elementary school, which holds classes on Monday afternoons (4-6pm), and perform some administrative tasks remotely during the rest of the week. The Part-time Administrator will need to be available on Monday afternoons.
- Print lessons and activity sheets for Monday classes.
- Bring snack and class materials from Kolot’s office (1012 8th avenue) to
the school, which is located two blocks away on Monday afternoons.
- Serve as an extra set of hands for the Principal during classes on Monday afternoons and serve as a point person for students, teachers and Principal.
- Bring unused materials back to Kolot’s office following classes.
- Track attendance and follow up with parents of absent students directly after class.
- Assist with various administrative projects remotely over the course of the week.
This position begins in September and works through mid-June. They will report to the Principal of CLP.
We anticipate this position will work approximately 5.5 hours on Mondays, from 1:30-7pm and an additional 5 hours during the rest of the week.
This salary for this position is $30 per hour.
