Religious School Teacher

Conservative Synagogue in Wantagh, New York is seeking creative, knowledgeable teacher for our dynamic religious school program. Candidates should engage children through interactive learning and values-based core curriculum. Subjects will include reading and understanding Hebrew, history, culture, prayers and holidays. Salary is negotiable based on experience. School meets on Sunday 9:30-11:00 AM, and Wednesday 4:30-6:00 PM. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team environment; to be creative and innovative, and to be an integral part of building and shaping our school. Experience with young children is a plus.
