Project Lead (Consultant) 

Employment Type: Contract

Schedule: ~5 hours/week, flexible schedule (possibility of extending hours as we grow)

Location: Remote with a preference for East Coast hours

Rate: $50/hour

 

About Us

DLead brings together top fundraising talent across a diverse spectrum of organizations to elevate and advance the Jewish world. Primarily through communities of practice designed for specific fundraising roles, DLead helps professionals enhance their development skills and be part of a community of others to help them learn and grow. With representation from over 40 Jewish organizations, DLead is changing the Jewish world, one fundraiser at a time.

About the Job

DLead is looking to expand with the hiring of a part-time, remote Project Lead. This person  will work closely with DLead’s founder and cohort co-Chairs to take DLead to the next level. The position will entail approximately 5 hours of flexible work per week. 

 

The Project Lead will drive cutting-edge projects forward, translating strategy to implementation, including:  

  • Deepening the DLead cohort user experience 
  • Informed by research, sourcing and building unique professional development opportunities for DLead members and potentially others
  • Strengthening processes to ensure a streamlined user experience
  • Working closely with cohort co-Chairs to enhance their leadership and ability to add value for DLead members
  • Thinking deeply about opportunities for the Jewish development space, while expanding cohorts and building new products 
  • Conducting research and administrative support, as needed

 

About You

  • You are a strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset
  • This job is ideal for someone who is a process-oriented builder, excited by the idea of taking a strategy and implementing it with detailed excellence
  • Interest in the fundraising field and familiarity with the Jewish professional world is key
  • You are motivated, organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The hours are, by and large, flexiblethe Project Lead will occasionally need to be available for Zoom calls.
