Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the senior team, the Director of Operations is responsible for running and enhancing the internal organizational processes and infrastructure that allows Gateways to fulfill its mission. Primary areas of responsibility include finance, human resource management, IT, operations management, and legal compliance and risk management.
