About the Tikvah Center
The Tikvah Center for Jewish Recovery and Healing is the only state-licensed and accredited Jewish addiction treatment program in the Midwest, offering a full continuum of care including Outpatient Services, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The Center is now preparing to add residential treatment as the next phase of our recovery programming. Rooted in Jewish values and evidence-based practice, we provide compassionate, effective care that helps individuals and families find healing, hope, and community.
Position Overview
The Practice Manager is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the Tikvah Center’s mission. This role oversees administrative and financial functions, coordinates across departments, and contributes to organizational growth. The Practice Manager also supports the Center’s capital campaign and plays a central role in developing housing and operational infrastructure for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the practice; manage building operations, vendor relationships, repairs, and maintenance; identify and coordinate temporary sober housing options for IOP and PHP clients; support development of Beit Tikvah, dedicated housing for program participants; oversee accounts payable and financial administration with the Billing Coordinator; improve operational systems, efficiency, and internal communication; assist with accreditation and compliance audits.
Capital Campaign & Development Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for the capital campaign; track fundraising progress and support donor communications; align housing and transportation initiatives with organizational growth; support outreach and administrative tasks to maintain a minimum IOP census of six clients.
Team & Staff Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Billing, and Development staff for smooth workflows; provide operational support to clinical staff as needed; facilitate communication across leadership, staff, and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nonprofit management, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred); 3+ years of experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or nonprofit operations; strong organizational and project-management skills; familiarity with fundraising or development preferred; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; commitment to the mission and values of the Tikvah Center.

Salary & Benefits
