We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn and grow. You will play a vital role in their early education and development.
Duties:- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool children- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met- Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences- Monitor and assess children's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices- Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus- First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong classroom management skills to create an engaging learning environment- Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth
