Are you passionate about empowering Jewish youth and creating vibrant, values-based programming? Temple Beth Emeth seeks a dynamic Youth Engagement Coordinator to nurture connection, leadership, and joy in Jewish life.

About the Role
The Youth Engagement Coordinator designs and leads meaningful programming for elementary through high school students, grounded in Jewish tradition and community spirit. Working closely with clergy, staff, and lay leaders, the Coordinator will serve as an educator, organizer, and mentor—fostering deep relationships and robust youth engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead engaging, age-appropriate programs and trips (e.g., L’Taken, NYC, Shabbaton).
• Teach in Religious School on Shabbat mornings and Sunday evenings.
• Plan youth-focused events for holidays and synagogue life.
• Empower teens for leadership within TBE and the broader Jewish community.
• Collaborate with staff on outreach, communications, and vision alignment.
• Build connections with schools and Jewish organizations to expand engagement.

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for Jewish youth and experiential education
• Experience in Jewish education or camp-style programs
• Creative, energetic, organized, and collaborative
• Skilled communicator with digital fluency
• Warm presence with a sense of humor and love of community
