About AEPi: Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi) is the global Jewish fraternity, committed to developing the future leaders of the Jewish community. With chapters on over 150 campuses around the world, AEPi empowers young men to strengthen their Jewish identity and positively impact their communities through leadership, brotherhood, and service.

Position Summary: AEPi is seeking a passionate and driven Repair the World Community Service and Philanthropy Associate to help cultivate a culture of service and giving across our international undergraduate network. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who believes in the power of Jewish values, community engagement, and youth-led impact. As the Associate, you’ll lead and support service-learning initiatives and philanthropy efforts that connect brothers with meaningful ways to give back. You’ll create engaging educational content, facilitate leadership development, and collaborate with students and partners to implement high-impact programs across 150 campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AEPi’s Repair the World Ambassador Program
    • Oversee and support AEPi’s Repair the World Ambassador Program
    • Develop and distribute educational resources
    • Track program participation, collect photos, and monitor impact metrics
    • Drive engagement and ensure alignment with AEPi’s impact goals
  • Official Philanthropy Program Oversight
    • Manage AEPi’s internal philanthropy platform (crowdraiser)
    • Record and track all fundraising efforts across chapters
    • Support fund distribution in coordination with chapters and recipients
    • Assist chapter philanthropy chairs in running meaningful, fundraising-focused events
  • Community Service Programming
    • Support chapter community service chairs in executing high-impact events
    • Integrate Jewish service learning into community service initiatives
    • Ensure accurate logging and reporting of acts of service and learning to Repair the World in partnership with the Director of Programming
  • Convention, Conclave, and Other National Events
    • Plan and manage both off-site and on-site community service and service-learning programs at Convention
    • Coordinate Jewish service learning opportunities at Conclaves and other fraternity events
  • Local & Regional Partnerships
    • Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify and support partnerships between chapters and local service organizations
  • Strength Through Service
    • Work with the AEPi Antisemitism Response Center team to create meaningful service and October 7th remembrance education for the Strength Through Service initiative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Education, Jewish Studies, Organizational Leadership).
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, independently or as a member of a team
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as well as work holidays and weekends when necessary
  • Experience in creating educational content is a plus.

Salary: 

$37,500-$46,000 (Depending on Experience)
