Hillel Ontario is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Community Philanthropy. The Sr. Manager will be an integral part of the Development team, with a primary focus on donors under $5000. The Sr. Manager is a detail oriented self-starter who will create connections with current and future donors and volunteers. They will manage community fundraising campaigns, utilizing best practices to engage donors via email, direct mail, and personal solicitation. They will also work to support Campus Directors with campus fundraising initiatives.
The Sr. Manager, Community Philanthropy will be familiar with prospect research, alumni engagement, data management and segmented solicitation strategies. The Manager is a highly organized team player who understands the philanthropic landscape and the importance of donor stewardship and is able to deliver on challenging revenue targets.
Hillel Ontario serves approximately 13,500 Jewish students across nine universities, and is the largest regional Hillel system in the world.
