  • Manage student-leadership with regard to hiring and training of Phonathon supervisors, directors, and callers
  • Lead scheduling of four seasonal sessions and weekly shifts
  • Prepare resources including training manuals, prospect segments, caller scripts, caller incentives, donor gifts, and group bonding opportunities
  • Review caller performance and overall shift performance to ensure best practices related to representation of the organization, closed gifts and secured pledges, and constituent information accuracy
  • Track and analyze fundraising data to build strategies that both increase donor numbers and revenue
  • Manage follow-up with donors and prospects as necessary

What You’ve Accomplished

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
