Temple Aliyah is a vibrant conservative egalitarian congregation in Needham, MA. We are seeking a full time detail oriented Administrative Assistant. This position contributes integrally to the overall success of the community- supporting clergy, lay leaders, Executive Director, communication and website.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Updating the website
  • Maintain the calendar
  • Communication with the community
  • Event Management
  • Scheduling for the clergy


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Provide copy editing support on all communications as necessary, including emails, letters, booklets, etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and congregants.
