- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of field staff and volunteers
- Identify inefficiencies, anticipate risks, and recommend system improvements and strategic shifts
- Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning programmatic, security, and community engagement teams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in operational leadership, team management, and organizational growth
- Track record of building and scaling teams with clear performance standards, metrics, and accountability structures
- Strong background in pipeline/sales management, business operations, or scaling service delivery models
- Hands-on experience in fast-moving, lean, or startup-like nonprofit or private sector environments
- Experience in Jewish communal life, volunteer management, or security sectors is a strong plus
- Proven ability to coach leaders, hold teams accountable, and inspire high performance
- Deep alignment with the mission and values of CSS
