Jewish Community Center Director

The Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the Jewish Community Center Director.
The Jewish Community Center Director will be responsible for:
Overseeing the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services
Collaborating with JCC employees to assist and support their programs and events on an on-going basis
Working with the JCC advisory board and committee chairs to ensure engaging and quality programming
Budget preparation and oversight


The ideal candidate should possess:
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
A minimum of three years of experience in supervision and program development
Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills

The ideal candidate is:
A strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize
Motivated to work in a collaborative team environment
Excited to engage and connect with staff and community members
Adept at customer relations
Excellent follow-through
