Wanted: Engaging Song-leader and Music Director
Temple Kehillat Chaim, a Reform Congregation in Roswell, Georgia is looking for an energetic, engaging and capable song leader and music director to join our community in June 2021.
We’re looking for someone who can bring people together through music. This means that they are capable of both being a song-leader as well as leading our adult and junior choirs. Our ideal candidate is great with people of all ages, familiar with Reform Jewish worship and music, and plays the guitar.
Specific responsibilities include weekly participation in religious school on Sundays, Shabbat evening and morning worship services, co-leading worship on Jewish festivals, contributing to High Holy Day music and teaching Hebrew. There may be the possibility for increased responsibilities (and therefore salary) after the pandemic, such as working with our adult and youth choirs.

The salary is up to $18,000 per year, depending on experience and agreed upon responsibilities.
