Camp Ramah Wisconsin provides children and adults with transformative experiences of vibrant Jewish life seamlessly blended with the joy of summer camp. We serve the Midwest Jewish community. Campers with diverse backgrounds and needs come together to make friends, have fun, develop skills, and enhance their Judaism.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
• Oversight of outdoors staff (~8-10 counselors) and all outdoor education/camping/ropes course activities.
• Evaluate camper capabilities and implement programmatic goals
• Maintain health and safety standards of programmatic area
• Coordinate staff schedules and use of camping equipment
• Coordinate logistics with other areas of camp (kitchen, etc.)
• Participate in camp activities
• Be a member of camp's leadership team, working with other division and specialty heads

Qualifications
• 21 years or older preferred
• Camping/Outdoor education experience
• Experience working with children
• Experience supervising staff
• Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively
