Aleph Beta seeks a highly talented illustrator / graphic artist and designer to join their Marketing Team. The candidate should have excellent conceptual, design, and development skills with a knack for CRO. This position is critical to the success of the Marketing Team as this is the person responsible for bringing the visual components of the marketing strategy to life.
The ideal candidate loves Biblical texts and has a passion for telling ancient stories with cool, modern, eye-catching graphics.
Create graphics, vector art, and design for Marketing Team including:
Video thumbnail images
Art for Social Media
Infographics and guides
Posters / Flyers
Email design and images
Merchandise art and design
Regular site auditing to ensure uniform design branding and best practices
What we are looking for
Strong ability to tell a story with imagery
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with Adobe Suite
Excellent graphic design skills
Strategic thinker who collaborates effectively with the marketing team to bring ideas to life
Completes task on-time and efficiently
Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
Basic video editing
Attention to detail
Maintains system for organization of files and knowledge management
Handles constructive criticism well and can adjust based on user and collaborator feedback
Analytics training and experience
Basic web development
Familiarity with Asana, Dropbox, Figma, and Google Suite
Education and Experience Requirements
Three to five years of experience in graphic design for the web
Pay commensurate with experience. Remote and full-time.
