Office Administrator

A Conservative, traditional, egalitarian synagogue in Westchester County is seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated individual with experience in office management to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative manager will supervise a staff of three full time employees and work closely with clergy, other administrators, lay leadership, and volunteers. The Administrative Manager will be integral in leading planned change processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Proven office management or administrative experience, inclusive of organizational, time management, and project management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• The ability to work well with all levels of people;
• Demonstrated problem solving instincts and ability to multi-task
• Desire to work for a mission driven organization.
