Provide a full range of administrative and project support for our Youth Learning Programs while representing the core values of the temple, within all work performed on behalf of the temple, and in all activities related to temple life by demonstrating an excellent work ethic, personal integrity, confidentiality, and thoughtful ambassadorship, while maintaining the professionalism, courtesy, respect, and kindness that TBE reflects towards every congregant, faculty and fellow co-worker.
Your role will be to support the Directors of the Youth Learning Programs
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong computer skills required, and proficiency with the following:
Google and Microsoft office applications
Excellent aptitude for mastering technology
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask while supporting multiple directors and programs
Work independently and meet deadlines
Sensitive to appropriate handling of confidential materials and information
Must be a team player
Demonstrate genuine commitment to customer service
Ability to solve problems & prioritize tasks
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2-3 year administrative support experience
Knowledge of Judaism preferred. All applicants will be considered based on their administrative experience.
