Assistant Teacher Positions
Gideon Hausner seeks dynamic, committed, creative, flexible individuals to serve as assistant teachers in our program. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced lead teachers in all subjects. They will be responsible for assisting the lead teachers in teaching all content areas (language arts, math, science, Jewish studies) and may be asked to supervise in-person cohorts both in the classroom and on the playground. In addition, the teacher assistant will assist with providing feedback to students, managing the learning environment, and preparing instructional materials.

-Other duties as assigned such as lunch and recess supervision.
-Candidate should possess the ability and willingness to work with middle and/or lower school students in person.
-Effective classroom management skills and flexibility are important.
