Fundraising Associate

Essential Job Functions:
Create a yearly fundraising plan and manage the day to day initiatives
Manage and operate the fundraising platform.

Deliver reports
Keep up to date with fundraising technologies
Develop communications
Create and deliver monthly alumni newsletters
Write thank you letters
Create year end appeals
Update website
Work with the social media team
Cultivate and solicit donors as well as set up solicitations for staff and board members contributing to meeting annual fundraising goals
Continually seek out and develop relationships with new alumni and donors
Manage and support the multiple fundraising committees
Run and attend all organizational events where donors are present
Work with comptroller
Help with audits
Perform reconciliations
Work with an advisory board
Grant work
Manage existing grants
Look for new grant opportunities
Create an archive for Beber artifacts
Create and execute a Beber at 50 strategy
