Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI-JNF) is a pluralistic, academic, study abroad program that strengthens our students’ Jewish identity, inspiring them to explore their connection to Israel through formal and experiential educational opportunities. By transforming Israel into a living classroom and offering a robust, integrated curriculum, we aim to develop and foster within our teens a passion for lifelong learning and leadership, giving them the tools and the confidence to impact their communities worldwide.
AMHSI is seeking educationally progressive full-time Jewish/Israel Studies teachers to join our faculty. AMHSI Jewish/Israel Studies teachers strive to create a classroom environment that brings to life Jewish History as well as use Israel as a living classroom on the many day trips and overnights that occur throughout a session. Through the study of Jewish History, from biblical to modern times, AMHSI Jewish/Israel Studies teachers encourage our students to discover, explore and embrace their own personal connection to Israel’s history, culture, land and people.
