SBM is seeking a full-time Office Manager for our Encino office. We do not provide remote work opportunities.
This position may require flexible work hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and orientations; keeping track of office supplies, inventory, and maintaining office organization; keeping accurate records; outreach to vendors and volunteers; curating content for SBM’s newsletters; maintaining and updating contact lists; drafting correspondence; performance of all other relevant administrative duties.
The Office Manager must be compassionate, have a great sense of responsibility and high ethical standards, and must be able to work well in a team.
Minimum requirements: Fluency in Hebrew and English; 1-2 years of office management experience.
