YCT Seeks Support Person
Position Brief Actualizing the mission and vision of YCT by providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth function of the institution. Supporting finance, development and general office operations. Working closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Finance & Fundraising Operations.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Executive Director; play point for staff
Answer inquiries by email and phone; greet and direct visitors, vendors and deliveries
Maintain office equipment, including telephone system and computers, in consultation with IT professionals and equipment vendors
Order office supplies; maintain organization of office
Coordinate all mailings
Finance and Development
Provide support to Director of Finance and Fundraising Operations
Collate and distribute mail and process donations
Prepare and make bank deposits, manage credit card documentation
Assist with year-end, graduation and other special events and solicitation campaigns
Provide support for donor stewardship and appreciation events
This is a part-time (no more than 30 hours per week) in-person position, reporting to the Executive Director. Hours: 8:45-2:45 Monday – Thursday, Fridays: 8:45-1:30.

Necessary skills: Microsoft Office Suite, including mail merges; familiarity with Hebrew; time management; strong oral and written communication.
