Office Manager

Office manager is responsible to manage day-to-day office operations and event logistics, to oversee and manage all inventory and purchasing, payables and receivables, update the database regularly, update the websites regularly, to act as a personal assistant to the executive director, to oversee and manage all the print, mailing and shipping orders, logistics for all the events, manage all the reservations and schedule all the tours. This person is also responsible to keep the office and building clean and organized.

Candidate should have a couple of years of experience in office administration.
