Job Description for Full-Time Position

The Program Manager's position will encompass the following:
Foster strong relationships with Ambassadors as well as their on-campus connections to create connections for ISRAEL21c and support for the students
Recruitment of Ambassadors for both unique programs (Campaign Track and Influencer Track)
Oversee the two tracks of the program - the CampaignTrack and the Influencer Track
Create a program plan for each track that has benchmarks and measurable goals
Utilize best practices in group development and organization to attain a cohesive and highly productive team
Be sensitive to and respond to personal issues that may arise during the program with participants
Retention and replacement (if necessary) of Ambassadors during the program year (academic year)
Use your own marketing and social media skills to teach and guide Ambassadors
Organize and lead virtual team meetings with a goal of active engagement and participation
Develop Ambassador alumni community as a priority in the first year
Work with social media specialists and 21c journalists on making the program as successful as possible including skill-building and increasing the students’ relationship with and knowledge of Israel
Assist with yearly evaluation of the program. Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure program goals.
Assist in creating marketing collateral for the program
Employ entrepreneurial skills to increase the reach of the program and build the brand of the program and ISRAEL21c
Assist ISRAEL21c in building relationships with organizations around North America to increase the use of ISRAEL21c content, whether print or video
Assist with grant-writing
Supervise half-time Program Coordinator
Play an active role in the work of the 21c collaborative work team, as requested and needed
3+ years professional experience in programming, Israel advocacy or related.
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years professional experience in Digital Communications, Marketing and/or Social Media
Proven success at building and sustaining communities of students
Management experience, running multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality across all areas
Strong written and verbal skills, effective at communicating with a variety of stakeholders including students, alumnae/i, and organizational partners
Entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
