Job Description
Beit Rabban seeks an exceptional individual with a demonstrated ability to work in a professional and dynamic setting to serve as the school Receptionist. The Receptionist will act as the school's front-line presence for all communications with parents, prospective parents and community members, while also managing the backend systems that are essential to the smooth running of a school.

The main components of the position include:

Support Middle School families by ensuring a high level of communication between parents and the school via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face contact.
Oversee Middle School daily arrival and dismissal, arrival and bus transportation, and interface with transportation providers to ensure a well-planned and coordinated transportation program.
Serve as the Middle School Health Clerk by maintaining health records of all Middle School students, recording daily medical logs, and treating students with basic first aid.
Maintain an organized office space, keep track of school/office supplies, and work with other members of the administrative team to order educational and office supplies as needed for the Middle School or individual classrooms.
Manage Middle School’s lunch program, including distribution of daily lunch, ordering pizza once a week, and keeping track of billing and payment.
Setup for Middle School programs and events, including working with building facilities, ordering supplies, arranging food, and coordinating with teachers and administrators.
Taking on additional administrative and educational tasks as assigned as part of the broader administrative team.
Qualifications:

Experience supporting multiple departments, with multiple supervisors and/or areas of work.
Proficient in the use of computers, comfortable with technology and is able to use MS Office Suite, Google systems, website platforms and database software.
Excellent customer relations skills
Highly organized and detail oriented approach to work
Proven strength at multitasking with efficiency and grace
Hours

Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:45AM-3:45PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:45AM-4:30PM
Fridays: 7:45AM-2PM
The Receptionist reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The position of Receptionist is a full-time position.
