Preschool Office Administrator

Temple Aliyah is seeking an office administrator for our preschool office.
We are looking for someone to work closely with our administrators and early childhood education staff.

A qualified applicant will have:
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and good knowledge of social media. Knowledge of ShulCloud is a plus, ?but can be trained to use.
Logistical management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
A qualified applicant will also be friendly, warm, patient, and will have overall good people skills.

Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones, taking messages, ?and answering questions whenever possible.
Maintaining and organizing student and teacher files.
Assistance with communication and registration.
?Creating and maintaining forms on ShulCloud, running and organizing reports.
Assistance with preschool fundraising.
Assisting director and assistant director with oversight of facility.

Hours per week are negotiable, minimum 30 hours.
