Romemu is looking for someone organized, tech savvy and detail oriented to help run hybrid programs, classes and services. Proficiency in the following technologies or similar is required: Zoom, a CRM platform, Google Suite (drive, documents, sheets, slides, and forms).
Manage the Zoom moderation team including hiring, training and scheduling
Coordinate all technology and sound-checks
Liaise with on-site A/V team
Support the Program Manager in creation and editing of logistics guides and "run of show"
Calendaring and setting up Zoom links
Available to be on site for managing Shabbat/holiday service production as needed
*Create and manage slides for Zoom.
