Academic Logistics Coordinator


The StandWithUs Campus and High School Departments are seeking an Academic Logistics Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and assist all aspects of logistics and processes in the departments. The Academic Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting our department’s senior-level managers, preparing bi-annual and annual reports, as well as offering administrative support for large-scale conferences, programs, and events.

Campus and High School Work:

- Create, edit, and send out weekly department newsletters
- Coordinate and set up interviews for potential job openings
- Interview potential candidates, when needed
- Manage and organize the backend database for both campus and high school in a timely manner
- Supervise and update Campus and High School sections to the StandWithUs website
- Support upper management
- Compile and create information for bi-annual and annual reports
- Curate promotional content, regional graphics, and other related marketing materials
- Generate monthly expense reports for both departments
- Record minutes during meetings and distribute minutes to relevant staff
- Assist in streamlining of both old and new programs
- Participate in high level conversations about programming and departmental direction, upon request
- Be an active leader in the planning and execution of large scale conferences
- Assist regional coordinators in securing Campus programs with StandWithUs experts and external speakers

- Oversee the StandWithUs Campus and High School Facebook pages

- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience with all aspects of project management
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and self-starting, reliable, team player, proactive, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask are a must
- Comfortability with working remotely and taking initiative
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Google Calendar and Google Drive, Microsoft systems, Canva, and Zoom. Familiarity with Photoshop is preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Preferred locations for the position are New York or LA
