Administrative Assistant

• Coordinate school, camp and youth group communications (fliers, emails, letters, calls, etc.)
• Create and process student registrations for school and camp
• Schedule and coordinate tutoring sessions
• Create, maintain, and process necessary program forms, rosters, reports and calendars
• Plan school and camp field trips, including bus, tickets, RSVP’s, meals, etc.
• Appropriately respond to inquiries for school, camp and youth group programs
• Track and order program supplies as needed
• Oversee all administrative tasks for Camp Simcha
• Provide support to the Religious School Director and Youth Programming Director; Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor, as deemed necessary and appropriate
• Anticipate needs of the school
• Initiate improvements and suggest solutions
