We are currently accepting job applications for an Administrative Assistant to work in the Business Office of our Brooklyn school. This is a twelve-month position and the hours will be 9:00-5:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00-2:00 on Friday. The hours may be adjusted over the summer months.
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, filing, restocking office supplies.
Coordinates and maintains phones, emails and taking messages.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years administrative support experience in an academic setting.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
