Program Manager

Romemu is looking for an innovative and organized program manager who is a self-starter and cares about the details. An ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience in project management and who can oversee multiple programs simultaneously. Someone who can produce excellent programs with both an on-site and on-line component. Proficiency in the following technologies or similar is required: Zoom, a CRM platform, Google Suite (drive, documents, sheets, slides, and forms).

Responsibilities Include:
Facilitate and execute of all Romemu programming including prayer services, classes and special events
Collaborate with clergy and senior leadership on content, and planning
Review program proposals from lay leaders
Manage online & onsite coordination and staffing including onsite planning, prep, setup, and moderating
Supervise the head moderator
Line Produce and Production Stage Manage large scale events such as the annual benefit gala, annual membership meeting, and major holidays, including preparing "run-of-show" guides, acting as liaison between production team, clergy, and staff, managing all communications, creating media assets, and overseeing execution
Use the synagogue’s CRM platform to create registration forms for all programs and events
Maintain a program calendar for the organization
*Available to be on site for managing Shabbat/holiday service and program production as needed
